FRANKLIN – Mike DeLeon, president of the Steered Straight program, visited Delsea Regional High School on Sept. 26 to speak to the senior health classes of teacher Kathy Williams.
“Listening to Mike made me realize the importance of adolescence and how careful we teens should be with our decisions,” senior Billy Philips said.
The program’s mission is “to steer youth straight toward making sound, rational decisions by creating a learning experience that provides them with a message of reality and helps them make positive, informed choices.”
