I am a part of a Facebook group called T.G.I.F it stands for the grind includes Friday. The purpose of the group is to motivate you both professionally and personally. One of the major themes is that discipline pays dividends. After working all week, most people do not completely apply themselves on Fridays. However, the grind includes Friday. The definition of perseverance in persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. Every day I spend clean in a day won. It is one day closer to achieving my goals. I keep my vision in mind but focus on the day and the task at hand 12 step programs use the slogan one day at a time. The Bible says in Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself”,
